Capacity Guidance (Standard Line)
– Supports up to 4 fermenters; max size of any single non-jacketed fermenter: 1 BBL.
– For jacketed tanks or larger systems, choose an appropriately sized unit from the XL Glycol Chiller line.

Operating Notes
– Intended for maintaining fermentation temps and crash cooling; not for direct cooling of boiling wort.
– For knockout assistance, use a two-stage cooling process.
– Keep return glycol below 100°F to protect components.

Recommended Glycol Mix
– Typical operation around 28°F with 35–40% glycol / 60–65% water.
– Easy mixes: 1 gal glycol + 1.5 gal water = 40%, or 1 gal glycol + 1.75 gal water = 36.3%.
