Capacity Guidance (Standard Line)
– Supports up to 4 fermenters; max size of any single non-jacketed fermenter: 15 gallons.
– If any tank is 1 BBL, use at least a 1/2 HP chiller.
– For jacketed tanks or larger systems, select an appropriately sized unit from the XL Glycol Chiller line.

Operating Notes
– Use for maintaining fermentation temps and crash cooling; not for directly cooling boiling wort.
– If assisting knockout, use a two-stage cooling approach.
– Keep return glycol below 100°F to protect components.

Recommended Glycol Mix
– Typical operation around 28°F using 35–40% glycol / 60–65% water.
– Easy mixes: 1 gal glycol + 1.5 gal water = 40%, or 1 gal glycol + 1.75 gal water = 36.3%.

Setup Options
– One Pump per Fermenter – Submersible pump in reservoir; each tank controlled individually.
