Operating Notes

– Return glycol must stay below 100°F to protect components.

Recommended Glycol Mix
– Typical brewery set point ~28°F with 35–40% glycol / 60–65% water.
– Easy mixes: 1 gal glycol + 1.5 gal water = 40%, or 1 gal glycol + 1.75 gal water = 36.3%.
