Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Backyard Bliss, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it simple to request a return or refund. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

• Pool Heat Pumps, Robotic Pool Cleaners, Hot Tubs & Outdoor TVs: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase date.

• Outdoor Movie Screens (From Epic Outdoor Cinemas): Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase date. Product must be new, sealed & unused.

• Solar Panels, Generators & Batteries: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt for US orders. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase from The Backyard Bliss.

• Outdoor Fountains and Showers: These products are custom-made to order and not eligible for returns.

2. Return Shipping Costs

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

• If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, return shipping will be at your expense.

3. Items That Arrive Damaged or Not Working

If you receive a product that is broken or not functioning properly, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for a free return, and once we’ve inspected the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund (including your original shipping cost, if applicable).

4. How Refunds Work

Once we receive your return and verify it meets the conditions above, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take a few additional days to reflect the refund on your account.

5. Restocking Fees

In certain cases, a restocking fee may apply. If so, we’ll let you know upfront before processing your return.
