Refunds & Returns Policy
At The Backyard Bliss, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it simple to request a return or refund. Here’s how it works:
1. Return Window

Pool Heat Pumps, Robotic Pool Cleaners, Hot Tubs & Outdoor TVs: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase date.

Outdoor Movie Screens (From Epic Outdoor Cinemas): Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase date. Product must be new, sealed & unused.

Solar Panels, Generators & Batteries: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt for US orders. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase from The Backyard Bliss.

Outdoor Fountains and Showers: These products are custom-made to order and not eligible for returns.
2. Return Shipping Costs

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, return shipping will be at your expense.
3. Items That Arrive Damaged or Not Working
If you receive a product that is broken or not functioning properly, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for a free return, and once we’ve inspected the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund (including your original shipping cost, if applicable).
4. How Refunds Work
Once we receive your return and verify it meets the conditions above, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take a few additional days to reflect the refund on your account.

5. Restocking Fees
In certain cases, a restocking fee may apply. If so, we’ll let you know upfront before processing your return.
