Warranty
The BLUETTI EP800 + B500 system is backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Each battery pack is guaranteed to achieve a minimum of 15.48MWh throughput during the warranty period when used as intended.
– Home Backup Systems: 48–60 months (10 years for EP800 system components)
– Portable Power Stations: 24–72 months
– Solar Panels & Accessories: 12 months
Warranty is valid with proof of purchase from authorized retailers. Exclusions include misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage from external causes.
