For some deliveries, a forklift or liftgate may be required to safely unload heavy or oversized items.

Pond basins that are 61″ in diameter and wider require a forklift for unloading.

Cancellations

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. Be sure to inspect your delivery upon receipt. We’ll quickly assess the situation and provide a resolution—whether that means a replacement, refund, or return shipping at no cost to you.

Refunds & Returns Policy
At The Backyard Bliss, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it simple to request a return or refund. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window
You can return pool heat pumps and robotic cleaners within 30 days of your purchase date.

Please note that our outdoor fountains and showers are custom-made to order and are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Shipping Costs
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, return shipping will be at your expense.

3. Items That Arrive Damaged or Not Working
If you receive a product that is broken or not functioning properly, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for a free return, and once we’ve inspected the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund (including your original shipping cost, if applicable).

4. How Refunds Work
Once we receive your return and verify it meets the conditions above, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take a few additional days to reflect the refund on your account.

5. Restocking Fees
