What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free, and refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection to your original payment method. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost, while change-of-mind returns may incur a restocking fee. The Penguin Chillers Water Chiller Accessory Package provides all the essentials to set up any of Penguin Chillers’ standard water chilling units. This kit includes a Danner Mag Drive pump (multiple GPH options), vinyl tubing, and adapters—bundled together at a 10% discount for added value.

Each order comes with 15 feet of vinyl tubing (3/4″ or 1″). Tubing is shipped as a single piece up to 100 feet when possible; orders over 100 feet may arrive in multiple sections.

Important Use Notes
– Not for Cold Therapy – The included pump is not intended for cold therapy applications.
– Do Not Use Externally – The pump face is delicate; overtightening fittings on the face may cause cracking.
– Not Submersible for Cold Therapy – These pumps are not GFCI-protected and should not be placed in water for cold therapy use.
