Capacity Guidance (Standard Line)
– Max fermenters: up to 8.
– Max size of any single non-jacketed fermenter: 1 BBL.
– For jacketed tanks or vessels over 1 BBL, choose an appropriately sized unit from the XL Glycol Chiller line.

Operating Notes
– Use for maintaining fermentation temps and crash cooling; not intended to cool boiling wort directly.
– If assisting knockout, use a two-stage process.
– Ensure returning glycol stays below 100°F.

Recommended Glycol Mix
– Typical brewery set point ~28°F with 35–40% glycol / 60–65% water.
– Easy mixes: 1 gal glycol + 1.5 gal water = 40%, or 1 gal glycol + 1.75 gal water = 36.3%.
